The Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer and Information Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for ensuring that all technical documents align with required contractual obligations and adhere to organisational frameworks.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain compliance with relevant quality standards such as ISO9001, ensuring accuracy and consistency in all technical documents.
* Conduct root cause analysis, identify process issues, and propose corrective actions to improve workflow and documentation processes.
* Present improvement strategies and recommendations to leadership teams to implement strategic changes.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Business and/or related field.
* Experience working in a large complex organisation supporting Enterprise/Fed Gov clients desirable.
* Strong communication skills with experience in dealing with all levels of an organisation.
* Experience with ISO9001 desirable.
* You must be an Australian citizen and be eligible for Federal Government security clearance.

Salary: Estimated salary range $80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
