Job Title: Site Manager
You will be responsible for supervising site teams to ensure construction is completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with the Project Manager to meet project goals within budget and schedule constraints.
Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company standards, prioritizing a safe working environment.
Oversee subcontractors and vendors, including procurement and contract management.
Perform regular site inspections to identify and address potential issues promptly.
Maintain effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide leadership and guidance to site personnel, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Document project activities, progress, and performance accurately and comprehensively.
Implement strategies for process improvement and cost optimization to enhance project efficiency.
Respond effectively to any on-site emergencies or unforeseen challenges.
Introduction
Brunel has partnered with a Tier 3 Commercial Builder to help bring a Site Manager into the team.
This role is open due to an increase in projects within Queensland.
Essential Skills and Knowledge
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience as a Site Manager for Fit-Out/Refurbishment projects over $5m
* New build construction experience is preferred
* QBCC Site Supervisor license is required
* Trade qualification
* Strong communication skills
