Great opportunity to join a successful company that provides specialty machines to the manufacturing industry around Australia. With branches Australia wide they need an Office Administration person to assist and along side a small team that service Australia.
Reporting to the Operations Manager your key responsibilities will assist with various office admin duties, processes and practices across the office administration operations. You will assist your manager in providing administration support to both the sales and service departments and the directors.
Some of your accountabilities are:
6. Work closely with the Office Manager.
7. Involved with accounts AR AP.
8. Co-ordinate and assist with work flow.
9. Assist with purchase orders.
10. General office procurement - stationery, consumables, kitchen supplies.
11. Ensure filing systems are maintained and current.
12. Record-keeping.
13. Duties within the Administration team.
14. Assist with accounts and possible accounting area.
