All applicants will be contacted for an interview as soon as possible About the role: Based Bunbury Gardens Care Community Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Lead the Meaningful Life program in the Care Community Develop opportunities for meaningful engagement, purposeful participation, social events and activities for all residents Drive Opal HealthCare initiatives including Meaningful Mates and Helping Hands Curate programs to support residents’ physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing and overall quality of life Develop resident care plans and complete key lifestyle assessments Work together with clinical teams and allied health professions provide a tailored approach for each resident to aid their mobility and independence Coach care team members to deliver meaningful engagements between like-minded residents Liaise with residents to develop activities and engagements that meet their cultural, spiritual, social and physical needs and preferences Engage with residents’ families to encourage visitation and socialisation Demonstrate Person Centred Care principles approach Tertiary qualifications desirable This is not just a job but a career Join us to make a meaningful difference.
