Job descriptionWe are looking for motivated team member to join our head office in assisting with remote dental practice management and business operations. Experience is preferred but not necessary. This role will be based in Herston with flexible hours. About Us We are a network of ten full-service, family-oriented dental clinics located throughout South-East Queensland. With clinics in Drayton, Highfields, and the greater Toowoomba community, we are dedicated to delivering gentle dentistry at affordable prices without compromising on quality. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the daily operations across our clinics, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow. Key Responsibilities Operations Management: Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all areas. Team Management: Manage staff scheduling, time tracking, and payroll. Supervise team members to promote high performance and conduct regular check-ins for professional development. Process Optimisation: Monitor and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity throughout the main site locations Recruitment and Development: Lead recruitment efforts and implement training programs to build and maintain a skilled team aligned with organisational objectives. Team Collaboration: Facilitate team meetings to promote a positive work environment and encourage open communication and collaboration. Administrative Oversight: Oversee administrative tasks, including record-keeping, billing, inventory management, and liaising with external partners and stakeholders.
