This role requires a highly capable, self-motivated person with experience in a busy venue. Our catering outlets include:
* Altro Cafe - modern all-day dining and the finest barista-made espressos.
* Mosaic Kitchen & Bar - modern, high quality meals provided for lunch and dinner service.
* Functions - we provide meals for over 200 people in our beautiful events room.
The successful candidate will have:
* Completed Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery and have extensive restaurant cooking experience.
* Excellent hygiene and personal presentation.
* Drive and ambition.
* Ability to work and supervise confidently in all areas of the kitchen.
* Strong communication and time management skills.
* Passion for cooking consistent quality food.
