Summary:We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.Responsibilities:
Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of individual children
Create a safe and welcoming environment for children to learn and play
Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate with parents and caregivers as needed
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive team environment
Maintain accurate records of children's progress and attendance
Attend professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
State certification or licensure as an Early Childhood Teacher
At least 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting
Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff

Position is 38hrs per week, preferrably 5 days however can be negotiated.
