Bring your passion for student experience and collaborate with University stakeholders to support creating a world worth living in Actively contribute to key projects related to the continuous improvement of course and subject quality standards Join a dynamic team which focuses on best practice academic quality and standards The Role Continuing, Full time Level 7 - $98,467 to $107,591 (plus 17% superannuation) Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Orange, Dubbo or Wagga Wagga (Campus location or remote working arrangements negotiable) As Academic Quality Officer, you will be partnering with faculties and divisions to provide support and oversight of course and subject quality assurance and improvement processes. Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, you will be supporting the review, monitoring and reporting of academic quality assurance processes across the university and liaising with faculty staff to address emerging issues. You will contribute to improvements in academic policies and procedures including identifying needs and supporting development of relevant professional development for staff to implement continuous improvement initiatives. About you A relevant qualification with at least four years subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent level of knowledge gained through a combination of education, training and experience. Demonstrated ability to exercise judgement and autonomous decision making to provide advice to stakeholders. Proven experience in interpreting and applying quality assurance policies, procedures and standards within the higher education setting. Proven organisation, analytical and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, including report writing and negotiating, and the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
