Pacific Fuels Shepparton Depot has an exciting opportunity for a Depot Supervisor to join the local Shepparton team. The Role The Depot Supervisor role will see you perform a diverse range of duties to support the successful operation of the Shepparton and wider Goulburn Valley business areas. From ensuring all safety and compliance requirements are met, to order processing, scheduling, and deliveries, your proactive and hands on approach paired with your strong computer and administration skills will set you up for success in this exciting opportunity. You will also undertake tasks such as reconciling wet and truck stock while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships with internal staff, and new and existing customers. Duties Ensure safe and compliant operations of the Shepperton Fuel Depot and its associated activities Support the management of new and existing accounts, providing responsive and tailored customer service and support Assist to grow the Pacific Fuels business through a range of stakeholder service activities Coordinate stock orders, receipt, scheduling and deliveries while maintaining excellent partnerships and communication with all suppliers, customers, drivers and associated third parties Undertake regular maintenance checks, operational duties, and maintain the appearance of the retail forecourt Complete CRM activities to ensure data is accurate and reporting is completed in line with internal policy and procedure Skills & Experience Prior experience within the wholesale petroleum industry will be highly regarded but is not essential Retail and or wholesale experience scheduling truck deliveries in the local area or equivalent similar experience Demonstrated work health and safety and compliance administrative experience at the supervisor level Strong communication and stakeholder management skills and experience Proactive approach to work with a demonstrated ability to problem solve Excellent planning, organizing and MS Office skills Current Australian driver’s license Working with Dangerous Goods compliance experience (and/or license) would be highly regarded Benefits Full-time role + competitive salary + employee benefits Ongoing role with plenty of training support Local role based at the Shepparton Fuel Depot Please Note The successful applicant must provide copies of any relevant certifications and, have full unlimited Australian working rights.
