Address and resolve escalated enquiries, referring unresolved issues through appropriate channels, while maintaining subject matter expertise. Support the use of preferred customer service channels and assist Customer Service Officers when needed. Work collaboratively as a team member, contributing to learning, development, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure data integrity and privacy are maintained by adhering to delegation, authorisation, and the organisation's code of conduct. Job Requirements: Significant experience in customer service, including face-to-face and call centre environments. Ability to travel to Bairnsdale and other South East Victoria locations as needed. Highly developed customer service, interpretive, and analysis skills. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Willingness to work flexibly and travel when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital skills. Possession of a current and valid C Class driver's licence. Ability to obtain a National Police Certificate.
