Is motivated and energetic, has a head for numbers and experience in the development of SOP's.This role is Full time working across a 7-day rotating roster. As this is a full time permanent position we can NOT consider someone who is on a working holiday visa as we require a commitment of longer than 6 months.Your responsibilities include:Coordinating the operation of the outlets during scheduled shifts.Meeting and greeting with guests, addressing and resolving service issues and identifying areas for improvement.Ensuring prompt service of food and beverages in accordance with our sequence of service.Assisting in controlling FOH labour costs and ensuring all rosters are effectively managed on a daily basis in accordance with business demands.Conducting daily shift briefings and regular team meetings.Actively seeking feedback and collaboration of team members to encourage ownership, loyalty and promote an inclusive work environment.If you are looking for a role with regular hours, uniform provided, roster two weeks in advance and fantastic, tailored training, we would love to hear from you. To be successful you will hold a current NSW RSA, be a strong team player, working well with other colleagues on the floor and our kitchen teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service.RequirementsPreferably an Australian permanent resident or citizen with a commitment to longer term employment.Previous 4/5 Hotel/Resort Restaurant or Poolside Supervisory experience would be highly regarded.At least 2 years experience working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor or Team Leader.The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.Demonstrated experience managing and developing a Food & Beverage team.Current NSW RSA and driver's licence.High standard of grooming, presentation, and communication.Confidence in conversing with our guests and clients.Actively demonstrate pride in your work.Strong work ethic and punctuality.As we approach our summer season, we require you to be available to work all of December and January.Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
