Operations Lead - LMI OperationsQBE Insurance Group Limited, Melbourne, AustraliaPrimary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeLocation: Melbourne (preferred)Type: Permanent full-time roleHybrid role, Happy to talk flexible working The opportunityIn this role as the Operations Lead you will be responsible for providing specialist advice, direction and technical support to the Lenders Mortgage Insurance operations and underwriting team.Your new roleYou will manage the process improvement to support business transformation and process simplification across LMI Operations and Underwriting.This means you will be the key contact for operations and provide direction on process improvement and strategic initiatives.You will also complete operational activities within the team including premium payments, refunds, and portfolio alignments.In addition to the above you will also:Deliver operational excellence through the deployment of improvement initiativesInstill and reinforce the use of process improvement culture throughout the organisationUndertake process reengineering techniques to establish business improvement solutions across the organisationFocus on people development by assisting the Senior Manager -
