The Role:
This team is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Customer Service Officer. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage day-to-day financial transactions, provide sales support, and deliver exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Invoicing 60-100 transactions monthly
- Accounts receivable/credit control for overdue payments
- Answering phone calls and providing sales support
- Creating positive customer experiences
Your Profile:
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong teamwork skills with a willingness to help others
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
