We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated and experienced Retail Assistant Manager, who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience for our drive-through bottleshop at the Flying Horse in Warrnambool.
The successful Retail Assistant Manager will:
have the ability to liaise and report to Key Stake Holders and the Venue Manager build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and fellow staff have extensive knowledge in Wine, Spirits & Beer (knowing trends) maintain a high level of store presentation (merchandising) have a keen eye and attention to detail have previous experience in ordering stock to meet customer demands and SOH requirements have strong stock management principles and practices assist in the monthly stocktake for the venue have previous experience in rostering staff and managing hours within a budget work a variety of hours that meet the demands of the business be hands-on and physically fit to manage the stock have excellent communication and show composure under pressure Ideally, the Retail Assistant Manager will meet and exceed customer expectations, drive sales, and build relationships with the customer base.
Applicants will need to hold a current RSA and have the unrestricted ability to live and work in Australia.
