Our client is looking for a highly organized and motivated Administration Officer to join the fun and supportive team and contribute to their ongoing success.
This is a full-time office-based position based in North Sydney with state-of-the-art offices!
Role Overview: As an Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations by providing comprehensive administrative support.
You will be working closely with the Office Manager, Submission Manager, and Project Coordinator to streamline processes and maintain efficient office functions.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities: Payroll & Payments: Process mid-month payroll, assist with invoices, payments, and reimbursements.Banking & Financial Reporting: Reconcile bank statements, assist with BAS, PAYG, payroll tax, and superannuation reports.Event Planning & Admin Support: Coordinate staff events, manage office supplies, and provide general admin support.Tenders & Estimating: Support bid submissions, create tender documents in InDesign, and assist with site plans.Systems Coordination: Conduct inductions, audits, and maintain training registers.Social Media: Manage the company's LinkedIn and Instagram presence, assisting with content creation and posting.About you: 2+ years within administration or business supportStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.Experience in financial admin and systems coordination - preferable but not essentialExperience using InDesign, Illustrator, MS Office, and social media platforms is preferable but not essentialAptitude for learning, proactive, team player with excellent communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and high level of accuracyHow to apply: If you are looking to join a highly respected construction business and support the business with administrative functions and have a knack for learning new ways, then apply today!
