The Library Assistant will work three days per week, Wednesday – Friday (7:30 am – 3:30 pm) stand-down.The Library Assistant is a member of the Christopher Brennan Library, which is inspired at all times by the highest Ignatian ideals of Companionship and Team.The Library Assistant’s responsibility is to support the librarians in all of their roles and, under their direction, to carry out a complete range of support functions to ensure the smooth running of the library. This includes assisting in preparing and organising resources and materials for circulation, assisting users in finding information and contributing to the effective and efficient use of the Christopher Brennan Library and its resources.This is an ideal role for a friendly, helpful and detailed oriented Library Assistant.
