You will work closely with the Senior Contracts Administrator Project Manager for the successful delivery of the project within time and budget by reviewing, evaluating, implementing, and overseeing all contract policies, procedures, processes, and standards.
You will manage subcontractors and supplier’s performance under the direction of the Senior CA or Project Manager and ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the program specifications and drawings and assist in the assessment of claims and makes appropriate recommendations for payment.
You will possess:
* Tertiary degree or Diploma in Building Management, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent
* Experience of working in a Tier 1or 2 company
* Several years’ post qualification industry experience
* Understanding of or experience with Budgeting, Forecasting and Cashflow
* Prior working experience with CHEOPS or similar job cost accounting software
* Prior working experience with Aconex or similar
* Prior working experience with Microsoft Projects
* Computer literacy in MS Suite
