Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership and mentorship to Talent Acquisition Coordinators
* Partner with retail and support office departments to deliver seamless recruitment processes
* Proactively source talent for hard-to-fill roles and drive strategic recruitment initiatives
* Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and social media
* Build and maintain Talent Pools and Pipelines to support future hiring needs
* Generate recruitment reports and recommend process improvements to align with business goals
Requirements
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
* Ability to thrive under pressure, excel at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Talent Search, and ATS platforms like JobAdder
* Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a proven ability to guide and support dispersed teams
* Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing and building Talent Pools to meet immediate and future hiring needs
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
* An analytical mindset and experience in leveraging data to drive recruitment decisions and process improvements
* A proactive approach to managing multiple priorities and delivering results in a dynamic environment
