About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Fleet Manager whose primary focus will be to ensure optimised performance of TTi’s ANZ fleet. A key focus of this role will be to ensure continuous improvement and exceptional employee experience outcomes are at the forefront.
Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager ANZ your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Oversee the governance, controls, and performance standards for all ANZ fleet vehicles.
2. Partner closely with fleet vendors to ensure optimal service levels and agreements upheld.
3. Identify and implement solutions for continuous improvement.
4. Produce quarterly performance and insights reports to senior management.
5. Manage capital expenditure and review month end invoicing.
6. Manage data for FBT reporting.
7. Oversee vehicle accident and incident insurance claim processes.
8. Assist and provide mentoring and leadership to the Fleet Administrator.
About You
Ideally you will have a previous experience in a similar Fleet Management role within a growing, fast paced industry and excellent stakeholder engagement skills in addition to the following attributes:
9. Demonstrated experience and understanding of fleet management practices is highly advantageous.

11. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
