About the Role: WorkPac are seeking an experienced Project Manager with Land Development and sub-division experience. This role is a permanent full-time opportunity, Perth based, working a Monday to Friday roster.
Key duties and responsibilities: Establish and maintain client relationships. Effectively lead and manage projects in accordance with safety, quality, cost and timelines, to ensure outcomes are achieved in accordance with the clients' requirements. Maintain effective communication with site personnel, sub-contractors and suppliers, ensuring professional and cooperative relationships are maintained. Maximise project profitability and assume overall accountability for the delivery of the projects. Take ownership of budgets, programming and contract management, and the ability to adapt to change in a dynamic environment. Proactively identify and provide considered advice and recommendations to the Construction Managers on issues arising from and impacting the project, as well as maintaining and fostering relationships and contracts. Skills and Experience required: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction / Project Management or Civil Engineering. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with subdivisions, roadworks, bulk earthworks, underground service installation, land development and a wide range of medium to large scale infrastructure works. Previous project management experience with a strong understanding of the complexities within the civil construction industry. Demonstrate a sound understanding of budgeting requirements, contract administration and compliance, engineering principles, programming and timely reporting.
