About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing sales team. Duties Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and enhance brand positioning. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to deliver outstanding customer service. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, VIPs, and key stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy. Drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty. Ensure operational excellence, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines. Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to senior management. Skills & experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail sales management. Worked in a previous role - management preferred Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the luxury market and customer expectations. Proficiency in CRM systems and data-driven decision-making. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
