The Role
An exciting opportunity has emerged for an in-house Legal Counsel with a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience. In this pivotal position, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Legal, General Counsel and executive management to deliver accurate and commercially focused legal advice. Daily responsibilities will include advising on employment law matters, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, resolving disputes, managing external legal providers, and representing the organisation in courts and tribunals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Australia and possess at least 4 years of relevant experience. Strong attention to detail, exceptional time management, and problem-solving skills are essential. The ability to build strong relationships through effective communication will be key to success in this role.
