The Opportunity Our Services team is currently seeking a senior leader to be appointed to the position of Director of Sales – Services.
As a senior sales leader within our Pacific Zone, you will lead a high-performing team of sales specialists across both Australia and New Zealand.
You will leverage your background to play a central leadership role as we continue to experience an exciting time of sustained growth across markets that are full of opportunity.

Key priorities will see you focus on; Results Forecasting and achieving targets that support business strategies and achieve market success (order targets, sales, growth, revenue, market share, profitability etc.).
Leading and Coaching Role model our Values and foster an ambitious growth mindset across the Sales organisation as you lead and develop diverse teams.
Customers We are a "Customer First" culture and you will play a central role across an expanding suite of solutions across markets that are calling for our expertise.
Strategic Accounts and Channel Management Focus on both existing and developing segments as you play a pivotal role in shaping our ongoing growth and success.
Collaboration Partner with our Leaders, various specialist teams and other functions within a structure that is setup for success.
Service Delivery Collaborate with our Operations and Tendering teams for seamless service delivery.
Digital Transformation Play a key leadership role as you continue our drive towards a digital business model that embraces technology and integrates new ways of working.
About You Relevant tertiary qualifications and proven senior level leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within a similar industry / organisation High levels of success in leading sales teams and achieving success in relation to business results Proven leader, demonstrated consultative sales approach and diverse capabilities when it comes to strategy and execution Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with and influence varied stakeholder groups in the achievement of business objectives CRM management (Salesforce) coupled with a data driven approach in providing specialist insights to shape strategies and achieve sales success Those with a knowledge of OR previous experience within the electrical / electronics market (products, customers, segments etc.
