R&R McClure are a family operated company specialising in the installation of underground services including Power, Water and Telecommunication.
Located in Castlemaine, we are looking for an experienced and motivated person to support our admin team in our fast-paced office.
Your roles will include:
1. General computer knowledge; knowledge in Xero would be an advantage.
2. Keeping accurate records, data entry, data management, and analysis.
3. Answering phones and greeting visitors at the front desk.
4. General administrative duties such as photocopying and scanning.
5. Logging incoming deliveries.
The successful applicant will need to have the following essential skills:
1. Professionalism and accountability.
2. Strong computer literacy and experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel; knowledge in Xero is an advantage.
3. Outstanding organization and prioritization skills.
4. Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Accurate and clear verbal and written communication.
6. Willingness to perform tasks such as data input and electronic filing of jobs.
The position is for 38 hours a week.
