Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team of allied health professionals as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
* Undertake assessments including activities of daily living, home, worksite, functional, ergonomic, and equipment assessments
* Develop and implement effective rehabilitation plans
* Design and implement intervention programmes using occupation to improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity
* Identify barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that support people to achieve maximal work participation
* Understand various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes and empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals
* Liaise with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes
Requirements
* Australian recognised degree qualification in Physiotherapy and full Accreditation
* Willingness to learn and impact positively on people's lives
* Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey
* Commitment to high level of customer service
* Driver's licence and access to own vehicle for community work
* Current or able to obtain Working with Children Check and Police Clearance
