The Office has around 130 employees split across three branches: Financial Audit, Performance Audit and the Business Services Branch.
Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is a small team within the Data and Technology Directorate (Business Services Branch), that provides comprehensive independent ICT services and support to enable the Office to deliver its statutory audit mandate and responsibilities.Your new roleAs the ICT Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing a range of ICT service and support tasks that contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of ICT operations.
You will be responsible for PCs, hardware and software support for the Office and being the first point of call.
You will work with Active Directory, M365 suite, SharePoint and all forms of hardware.
