Job Description:
* Help plumbers and other tradespeople access the products they need for building and renovation projects.
* Undertake tasks that keep the branch running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide customer service and information about products.
2. Provide quotes both in person and over the phone.
3. Undertake pick packing and stock control activities.
4. Maintain a tidy and safe branch environment.
5. Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
* Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information.
* Proficiency in computer use and willingness to learn new systems.
* Valid driver's licence and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
