Ensure all properties are compliant with NSW regulations and industry standards. Lead regular team meetings to set goals, address challenges, and share updates on portfolio performance. What We're Looking for in You:Proven experience in property management, with a focus on business development and portfolio growth. A current NSW real estate licence. Strong understanding of property management principles, landlord-tenant laws, and industry regulations. Trust accounting experience and financial management skills. Outstanding people skills with a natural ability to motivate and inspire a team. A proactive leader with the ability to develop and implement systems and processes for team success.
