You should also have high-level data management skills suitable for being responsible for the systemic collection, storage, analysis, and dissemination of a wide variety of workforce and training-related data.You will also require a high level of conceptual ability, and the ability to think critically to solve problems in a data analysis and policy context, with a strong appreciation for the importance of evidence-based decision-making. This includes the ability to understand, monitor, and report on key current and future workforce trends for the State.
