Provide planning and design advice on materials, resources, and construction practices to optimize value for money and achieve project success. Monitor and manage operational aspects of project delivery, ensuring compliance with site-specific management plans. Oversee documentation flow and ensure all parties work with current and accurate project documentation.What You Will BringA Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant tertiary education. Preferably 5+ years of experience in a construction/engineering environment, with relevant construction experience. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to evaluate and program actions effectively. Demonstrated ability to foster collaborative work relationships and communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing. Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and organizing work tasks, with high attention to detail. Working knowledge of HS&E requirements and their implementation on-site.
