You’ll be part of a friendly and supportive team where everyone - no matter what role - contributes ideas and drives outcomes.What role will you play?As Senior HR Business Partner for our Finance Management Group, this role provides support to several global senior leaders and collaborates with the wider HR ecosystem with a focus on enhancing service delivery, streamlining processes and practices, and pinpointing opportunities for ongoing enhancement across regions. You will deliver cyclical HR activities including performance, reward, talent management, and succession planning.In consultation with business leaders, you will drive strategic workforce planning and organisational design strategies. Your advice on the workforce shape and structure will be tailored through an understanding of the unique requirements of the business and anticipation of talent needs, whilst focusing on creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that values equity and promotes a sense of belonging.You will leverage data and insights to support leaders in making data-driven people, workforce, and talent decisions. Through the operationalisation of HR Initiatives, you will take charge of implementing change across the ANZ region, ensuring consistency in processes and policies where possible on a global scale.What you offerBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, along with proven work experience as a Senior HR Business PartnerStrong working knowledge of Australian employment legislation and a solid understanding of end-to-end HR functions and best practicesDemonstrable expertise in organisational design practices and strategic workforce planningA proven people leader with consulting, relationship building, and influence capabilityAbility to analyse and communicate data-driven insightsWe love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us.
