Ayan Infotech urgently needs a SuccessFactors (SF) ECP Consultant; we can have the selected contractor start in 1 week if available. This is an initial 10-month contract, and we require a seasoned SF ECP specialist who can hit the ground running, leading the post-GO-LIVE support and the training super users. The SF ECP specialist will also be required to create training materials.
The project is based in Melbourne, but a remote contractor can be considered as a last resort.
This contract will provide the opportunity to work in a large-scale enterprise IT environment with a highly experience and competent global IT delivery team. Our client invests millions of dollars in their IT environment, which will allow the contractor to work with the latest releases to what technology offers.
Responsibilities will include:
* Work with clients to understand their Payroll process needs
* Understand the nature of their businesses and help define solutions using SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll
* Conduct process analysis and gain an understanding of HR processes
* Demonstrate knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll and integrations into SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central as well as Finance solutions and external provider such as Tax Super etc
* Assess regular SuccessFactors product updates and solution with clients to understand how to make best use of new capabilities for their requirements
* Work collaboratively with the client team and third parties to define timelines and effort for the implementation of any improvement
* Lead and coordinate super user training with the client team and third parties
* Define and manage the SAP ECP training documentation.
Skills and experience required:
* Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll implementations support on at least 3 projects and Experience in working in at least two (2) Support engagements (AMS)
* Experience to manage and handle ECP Upgrade and EOFY activities for Payroll.
* Australian Payroll and Taxation Knowledge
* Knowledge of Payroll Business Processes
* 6-8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
* 10-12 Years of overall experience
* Work independently to deliver SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Solution focusing on the Key Tasks Deliverables
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Experience of working in remote delivery model
* Testing Support and Issue & Defect Resolution
* Cut Over Execution as per the Cutover Plan & Checklist
