Serves as liaison to enhance understanding which results in better-informed decisions.Utilizes communication, influence, and presentation skills effectively both internally and externally in explaining and interpreting financial information.Leads effective teams of professionals and ensures projects are completed on time by assisting staff in the project plan development, implementation, review, and completion. Assists with project plan modifications when needed.Effectively communicates project status and issues with executive sponsors as needed.Determines the financial outcomes in support of process and program initiatives.Analyzes service line profitability, evaluates labor initiatives, and assists with building business models for decision-making.Performs other duties/projects as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.Provides analysis, support, and reports for departments.What You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or relevant disciplineThree years of relevant Finance experienceJob Summary:The Senior Manager of Finance directs, analyzes, and organizes financial information for the benefit of management and financial decision-making. Seeks out financial improvement opportunities within the organization including revenue, costs, efficiency, and productivity. Trains and develops staff with the appropriate financial experience and skills to prepare them for future leadership roles.Interacts and collaborates with all levels of management in the development of financial plans and interpreting financial results in relationship to operational performance. Coordinates the development, implementation, and deployment of strategic information. Develops strategic capital model and operational models for future placing of space, staff, and financial performance. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
