Salary range: $60,886 per annum + 13% superannuation.
Work in a dynamic teamA wide range of paid leave entitlementsAbove award wages and 13% superannuationAbout the roleSupport and enhance tourism growth and visitor distribution by offering high-quality tourism information and booking services, while also generating revenue for the TTIC.
Role accountabilities include:
Enquire and understand the information and booking needs of visitors across online and in person channels in order to provide an excellent sales service and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.Provide well informed, Tasmanian tourism information and actively seek opportunities to promote and sell tourism and retail products to visitors.Make reservations and issue relevant travel documentation, and process financial transactions including cash and credit card transactions.We are looking for someone who is attentive, has attention to detail and experience in providing outstanding service to people from diverse backgrounds, providing a proactive, enthusiastic attitude to assist people with their travel plans, by identifying their needs and offering solutions.
