The Opportunity
Business Development Manager
Drive sales and account management across South Australia and the Northern Territory, contributing to business growth by creating strategic plans, identifying new opportunities, and promoting K&S services to enhance our company image and market presence.
Reporting to the State Manager, this role will be perfect for a results-driven strategic thinker with a passion for sales and business growth.
Responsibilities:
* Generating new business and promoting K&S Group services.
* Ensuring compliance with safety, cost reduction, and fleet performance standards.
* Preparing and assisting with new tenders, contracts, and quotations.
Key Criteria:
* Strong strategic, operational planning, and financial acumen.
* Experience in developing business plans and strategies.
* Proficient in customer relations and communication skills.
* Expertise in account management and customer relations.
* Proven leadership and teamwork capabilities.
