WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...
We're on the lookout for a Senior Social Manager to join a global Agency and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of its social team. As a key member of the department, you’ll take the lead on social strategies for multiple clients, ensuring each brand stands out with a unique and impactful presence. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their goals, translating insights into content and performance-driven campaigns across Organic Social. With a passion for emerging trends, platform innovation, and community engagement, you’ll push creativity while maintaining a data-led approach. In addition to managing key accounts, you’ll oversee and mentor an existing team member, fostering their growth and development. You'll also contribute to the evolution of our social offering, helping to refine processes, pitch new ideas, and drive departmental success. * Proven experience in a Social Media role in an Agency setting
* Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, etc.)
* Exceptional client management skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
* Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite)
* Excellent leadership and team management experience, with the ability to mentor and inspire a team
