Trusted to deliver safe, inclusive, and supportive programs, Youturn ensures that those we support can have access to secure and affordable housing and enjoy optimal mental well-being, allowing them to thrive and live a healthy, meaningful life.The OpportunityAs the Practice Manager of a headspace centre, you will provide management and administrative support which enables the effective management of the service, in order to meet the health needs of young people and to oversee the daily operations.With the support of Administration Assistants, you will attend to all reception, secretarial, and administrative duties of the centre, whilst maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. The Practice Manager will ensure the smooth running of the service through actioning any recalls, reminders, requests and follow-ups required by the Practitioners. Additionally, you will also be required to collaborate with the Clinical Manager to facilitate and improve administrative and communication methods within the centre.This position is a full time five (5) days a week, on a 12 month fixed-term contract.
