The Commission works to give the WA community confidence that public officers act in the public interest.The Corporate Services Directorate ensures the delivery of high quality corporate support services to the Commission. This includes the effective and efficient delivery of human resources, financial services, information management and technology services, work health and safety compliance, and security and facilities services.THE OPPORTUNITYThe Assistant Director - Chief Human Resources Officer is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction to the Commission’s Human Resources function including workforce planning and analysis, organisational change, learning and development, leadership, performance, succession planning, recruitment, payroll, industrial relations and wellbeing.
