Level 1 IT Support Technician

Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 1 technical support to clients via phone, email, and remote desktop.
* Assist with basic troubleshooting of workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
* Perform routine monitoring and maintenance of client and internal systems, ensuring optimal performance.
* Manage support tickets, ensuring timely responses and effective solutions.
* Document processes and solutions to support team knowledge sharing.
* Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or senior team members as needed.
* Assist with setting up workstations and supporting end-users.
* Accurately log faults and maintain records of resolved tickets.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Basic understanding of Windows PC/Mac operating systems.
* Familiarity with Office 365 Administration and Active Directory.
* Experience with general desktop and laptop troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of networking fundamentals (e.g., switches, routers) is beneficial but not essential.
* Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
