As a Senior Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in developing unit materials and assisting with the creation, coordination, and governance of a new Master of Nurse Practitioner course. This includes coordinating courses, preparing and delivering engaging lectures and seminars, and supervising honors and postgraduate nursing students through their coursework and research projects to foster an environment of academic excellence and innovation. As an integral part of our academic team, you will enhance the educational experience for our nursing students by delivering high-quality teaching and facilitating student learning both on and off-campus. Your teaching methods will be well-planned, thoroughly prepared, and effectively presented to ensure students achieve their academic goals.

Position Requirements
10. Possession of a doctoral qualification in a relevant discipline (desirable).
11. Current registration as an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra).
12. Significant contemporary and current clinical practice experience as an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner.
13. Teaching qualification (desirable) or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching.
14. Demonstrated understanding of the relationship between teaching and learning, research, and scholarship.
15. Proven ability to teach and supervise undergraduate and postgraduate University students.
16. Demonstrated understanding of pedagogical theory and contemporary educational practice relevant to Nursing and Nurse Practitioner education and practice.
