These permanent positions are offered across various departments within our BMA Coal Operations at multiple locations, including:
* Peak Downs Mine
* Goonyella Riverside Mine
* Saraji Mine
* Broadmeadow Mine
* Caval Ridge Mine
* Hay Point Coal Terminal
* Integrated Operations (Brisbane)
The Program
This 18-month Development Supervisor program is a unique opportunity for future female leaders to take their career to the next level.
Designed for individuals with previous heavy industry experience and strong leadership skills, this program offers participants hands-on learning opportunities within our business.
As a participant, you will gain in-depth knowledge of our operations, contribute to delivering value across our BMA asset and play a key role in the ongoing success of BHP.

About you
To be eligible for this opportunity, you must have:
* Minimum 12 months experience working within a heavy industry (previous mining experience highly regarded)
* Understanding of risk management and how it is applied within mining
* A high level of interpersonal skills, including collaboration and conflict resolution
* Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
* Experience in reading, interpreting plans and prioritising work
* Demonstrated leadership and team supervisory skills
* Relevant experience to the work area highly regarded (e.g. Multi Skilled Operator, Trade Certificate - Maintenance, Drill & Blast, Dragline Operator or Support Crew, Pre-strip and Coal Operators)
