CareSuper is a profit to member Super Fund with over 500,000 members and $53 billion in assets. We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Digital Platform Manager to join our team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving digital optimisation and delivering high-impact solutions across our digital channels.
This position will involve leading a talented digital team to create and implement cutting-edge digital strategies that enhance user experience, optimise platform performance, and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and execution of the digital strategy to align with the company's vision and goals. They will also oversee a backlog of delivery for CareSuper's digital platform, including the website, secure portal, mobile app, and other channels such as the adviser and employer portals.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a digital management role, ideally within the financial services, superannuation, or related industries. They will also have strong technical expertise in web and mobile platforms, including system integration, cyber security, and performance optimisation. Proficiency in analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, and the ability to drive actionable insights is also required. Additionally, they will need a strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating with design teams. Knowledge of relevant data privacy laws, cyber security protocols, and industry standards is also essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate leadership experience, with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
