They seek a dynamic General Manager to lead the business forward and capitalise on their existing networks. The successful candidate will have genuine autonomy, making key strategic decisions while receiving support when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute plans to optimise productivity and drive business growth.
* Operational Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company standards.
* Team Leadership: Recruit, onboard, and train employees, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Financial Management: Develop and maintain budgetary plans, ensuring financial targets are met.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement innovative changes to enhance organisational effectiveness.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

* Previous experience in the logistics, distribution, transport or related industries.

* Financial acumen with demonstrated capability in developing and achieving financial plans.

Preferred Qualifications:
