About the Role :
* Process company invoices, cost reports, purchase orders, variations, and other required documentation in a timely manner consistent with company procedures and contract requirements.
* Manage the mobilisation of new staff via ERMS.
* Basic payroll data entry and timesheet collation and attend to staffing roster.
* Ensure flights and accommodation bookings are completed for all staff within project team.
* Management of rosters.
* Maintain site personnel files ensuring privacy and confidentiality.
To be successful in your application you will possess the following :
* At least 5 years administrative experience
* At least 2 years Site Administrator experience
* Experience in staff mobilisation including flights, accommodation and roster management
* Experience in raising purchase orders, invoices and liaising with subcontractors
* Payroll and timesheet experience
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to assess risk
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing
* Able to obtain a National Police Check
* Background in Facilities Management (highly desirable)
* Experience in BHP ERMS (highly desirable)
