The Role The Coordinator Urban Network is responsible for managing team members and workflows to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and resource coordination skills. The Coordinator ensures compliance with legislation, internal policies, workplace health and safety, and customer service standards.

Operational Coordination: Plan, oversee, and manage water and sewage infrastructure operations to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, coach, and support employees to maintain a safe, positive, and high-performing work environment.Scheduling & Resource Management: Coordinate staffing, schedules, and contractor requirements for planned and unplanned activities.Compliance & Safety Oversight: Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety standards, regulatory guidelines, and risk management practices.Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement: Address and escalate operational challenges, drive process enhancements, and support change initiatives.What we're looking for Your application must clearly demonstrate how you meet the selection criteria in the Position Description, summarised as follows:

The Details This role will be based in Hobart and attracts a salary of $104,985.10 (inclusive of superannuation).
