This is FIFO opportunity with a rotating roster. As part of this role, you will be responsible for : Create, review and negotiate contracts and projects including handling variations and updates. Answer inquiries and create resolutions concerning contracts, programs, and projects and communicate any issues with the appropriate people involved. Accurately record and file all paperwork and documentation. Liaise with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure that goals are met for each project. Escalate any issues or events requiring attention to senior management and implementing what is required based on their decisions. Reporting on variations to work orders and recording anything required appropriately. Preparing and reviewing submissions and reports for the organisation. Data analysis, collection and entry for relevant projects, and reporting on the outcomes after completion. To be considered for this role, applicants must possess : An AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent relevant experience. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills. High level communication, organisational, and attention-to-detail abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
