An integral role providing support to the centre team and retailers.About the roleA busy and varied role with no two days the same. Providing a high level of administration and customer service, supporting across a range of administrative tasks. This role will see you interacting with a wide variety of individuals, providing you with an opportunity to showcase your excellent customer service and communication skills and gain experience within centre administration and operations.Working closely with the Administration Manager, the position will include;Support the Administration Manager, with a range of administrative tasks including, assisting with the monthly billing and debtor collection processProvide day to day administrative support for the centre management team to the agreed standards and timeframeMaintain effective records and files management and control of records and files, ensuring correct file location by identifying, classifying and archiving under the direction of the teamPrepare centre accounts payable and monitor expenditureAssist in managing the public liability incident (PLI) process for asset within Stockland guidelinesMinute taking of centre team meetings and other forms of team communicationMaintain strong relationships with centre retailers and contractors.Provide information to head office as required. Act as point of contact for the centre management office, including telephone enquiries to a high standardAssess incoming enquiries and correspondence, determine priorities and undertake other action or refer as necessary and handle routine matters not requiring the immediate attention of managementActively participate in OH&S activities/ training programs/ seminarsAddress any HSE issues where possible or refer to Operations or Centre Manager as requiredAbout youYou'll bring solid administration experience with a strong customer service focusAn understanding of accounts payable would be preferredAttention to detail and a proactive approach to your work, with the ability to multi-task and prioritiseCompetent computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite including Outlook, Excel and Word, experience using record management systems and comfortable learning and picking up new software packages.Interpersonal and communication skills and able to work as part of a team or autonomouslyAbility to use your initiative and maintain confidentiality as requiredDue to the nature of this role, we can only accept applications from Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or Open Work Visa holders with more than 12 months validity from their role start dateApply today - Stockland - it's your place.
