About the Role
This dynamic role offers you the opportunity to bring your strong clinical expertise to manage a diverse caseload, including neurological, reconditioning and orthopaedic conditions in an Outpatient setting. You will work closely within a cohesive and supportive multidisciplinary team, providing high-quality, patient-centred services focused on maximising clients' functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provision of gym-based and aquatic physiotherapy services, including assessment, therapy provision and case management, of a mixed caseload of neurological, orthopaedic and age-related conditions in the LifeWorks outpatient clinic.
* Working collaboratively as part of the multidisciplinary teams in all settings.
* Supervision of Allied Health Assistants and/or Physiotherapy students in line with level of experience.
About You
Essential Criteria:
* A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration and minimum 2 years clinical experience.
* Current SIRA registration (or willingness to obtain on commencement).
* Previous experience with NDIS and/or third-party funders.
* Ability to swim/confidence to lead classes independently in an aquatic environment.
* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
* Commitment to evidence-based practice, supported by relevant professional development.
* Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Desirable Criteria:
* Previous experience in hospital or rehabilitation environment.
* Previous experience working with neurological disorders including stroke and Parkinson's Disease.
