As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding the client base.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with travel agency partners, and identifying new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Identify potential partners, initiate contact, and conduct meetings to present our clients services and partnership opportunities.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.Conduct sales presentations and product training sessions for travel agents and clients.Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products and services.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents and other partners.To be successful in this role, you must have the following:Minimum 2 years in the travel industry ideally as a BDM / Sales RepAbility to leverage and convert existing travel industry networksManage and strengthen existing accountsNatural ability and confidence to convert a new client through written/verbal, presentations and sales visits.The Package:Competitive salary $80K - $85k + Superannuation + performance-based bonuses.Mileage covered.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.INTERESTED:To apply for the role, please contact Alex on 02 9119 8744, email your resume to ****** or click 'Apply Now'
