Job title: Occupational Therapist Discipline Lead- Hybrid Role/WFH Options Salary: A generous base salary super benefits package Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, Flexible working arrangement Location: Adelaide About the role: We are looking for a highly driven OT Discipline Lead that thrives on working independently and have the passion to help and support our paediatric clients as well as contribute to the positive culture that our team already has It is desirable to understand and be able to interpret a variety of psychometric screening tools such as the Vineland Adaptive Behavioural Scale, PEDI-CAT, Sensory Profile, Beery Visual Motor Integration (just to name a few) You will have an understanding of various assessments within the NDIS that include (but not limited to) SIL, SDA, ILO and a general FCA You will be proven to be able to deliver effective therapeutic interventions that have a focus on building functional capacity It is desirable to have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends.
